      Hi Charlio!
Thanks for your question! In principle heavy snorers don’t necessarily suffer from heart problems. But many times heavy snorers also suffer from something called sleep apnea, which means that when they are sleeping they stop breathing from some seconds. This can make your blood carry less oxygen, which makes your blood pressure go high and makes your heart need to work more, so in the long run the heart can be very strained and even get arrythmias.
