      Dear Cristina,
Scientists will be equipped with different skills and special knowledge. It is difficult to swap jobs without being trained specifically. In some ways this is really good because it makes my job safe and it feels good to know that I am an expert in my subject.

Scientists will all have different levels of motivation depending on there career path and personal interests.

Scientists will have many similar skills such as attention to details and analysing a situation. But only some will have leadership skills, teaching abilities and strong communication.

Hope you have found my answer useful.

      Loan
