      Hi,
If you are interested in studying as far as getting a PhD and I wish you all the best. My PhD was the best time, university too. A PhD is basically a three year project designed especially for you by your supervisor to help you learn as much as possible about a topic which interests YOU. You will have a lot of control over this project and the direction you want to take it. My PhD project was studying brain cells in disease conditions but there are many projects which you can choose from, from studying pain, spinal injuries to the working of the eye. Neuroscience encircles everything from brain to spinal control. Disease such as dementia, stroke, Parkinson’s, epilepsy….and many more falls into the neuroscience category. Even conditions which you do not normally think is related to neuroscience will have some neuroscience features i.e diabetes or obesity. The study of neuroscience has grown massively in recent years and students are spoilt for choice with the number of projects they can choose.

I hope I have answered your question. Keep asking, it is the best way to learn.

      Loan
