      Hi Connie!
      That sounds quite scary! I think the sensible thing to do is get help really if you can because there is not much that you can do on your own, I don’t think I could be able to use a defibrillator (because that means your heart is stopping), so I think I will call the emergency number and hope they get on time. So scary!
