      Darwin, I suppose. Very careful observations of the animals he saw in the Galapagos Islands, and truly inspired thinking about what might explain the variations that he saw.

      My husband says that my favourite scientist should be him. He is a biochemist. even though I do not fully understand his science work, he is my favourite scientist because i married him.
