• Question: Why does the heart have multiple arteries?

      It’s really just blood vessels. We call it with different names depending on whether it’s goes from heart to lungs to get oxygen, or whether it goes from heart to circulate blood to the upper part of the body or the lower part of the body etc. Best wishes, Praveen.
