      Hi Blanca,

      Thanks for your question! You can probably already tell me some things! To take care of your heart you have to watch your diet, not a lot of sugars or saturated fats, don’t smoke, exercise regularly, eat a lot of veggies, don’t eat too much salt, don’t stress too much and get regular check-ups! You would be surprised on how many health issues can be improved with a healthier lifestyle!
