• Question: Is there any way you can predict if a blood clot can happen in the body

      Dear Llya,
      This will be truelly amazing if this is possible. Blood clots are silent in the body and we have no idea where to look for them. It is not possilbe to scan/image very blood vessel in our body for everybody. The best we can do is to limit the ristk of getting a clot but eating healthy and regular exercise. If you travel for more than 3hr on a flight, makesure you get up and move around to circulate your blood. It is very common for a blood clot to form in the veins of your leg and travel up to the heart or brain to cause heart attacks or stroke.

      However, we must remember that blood clot outside the body is critical of our health. We need blood to clot when we cut ourselves otherwise we will bleed to death.
